How to Make a Day Great

Wake-up feeling rested.

Eat a good breakfast that includes some type of protien.

Drink lots of water.

Play outside.

Bargain shop.

Socialize.

Bake something sweet.

Kiss attack the husband when he walks in the door.

Eat/Play as a family.

Shine the sink.

Go to bed on time.
