Pretty Princesses

I don't think that I've mentioned it yet: my sister and her family moved back to Calgary this month and it has been SO fun having them in town!

Yesterday, I watched Lena's little Evee at our house. Gwen and Evee had SUCH a fun time playing together and playing dress up with the princess dresses Gwen got from Grandma and Grandpa A. for her birthday.

I don't know why it is, but there is someting innate in little girls that draws them to frills, ribbon, and sparkles. We've never had much ultra-girly stuff for Gwen to play with, so it is new and fun to see Gwen get so excited about a princess dress, and to see her twirl and flounce.

Such pretty princesses.
