Girl Talk

Gwen's cousin Evee phoned the house the other day.

Apparently Evee had been begging to talk to Gwen

from the moment she woke up.

Gwen and Evee are both 2, so you can imagine how simple

and how cute their conversations are.

Gwen and Evee jabbered away, talking about their day

and wanting the other to come over and play

.

On Gwen's end, I mostly heard just a bunch of babble

interspersed with words like

Mommy, Gwen, Home, Baby, Car, Elmo, and What?

It was pretty precious.

Gwen loves to go for play dates with Evee, as well with

Jasper and Grace.

Whenever we are driving somewhere,

be it church or the grocery store,

Gwen can be heard in the back asking:

"Whace? Baper?"

"Eee?"

I'm glad Gwen has not only several cousins her age,

but three who live just a few minutes away.
