Sick Day

I'm still feeling pretty sick from this stupid cold, but the worse part is that Gwen is also sick now. It's bad enough for her to be getting in two new molars, but she has a cold on top of it all. It was a rough night last night, and I'm a little dilusional today (so is she). I don't know how Tanner was able to wake up and get to work on time!

If Gwen wasn't sleeping, this is how she has spent the majority of the day:


Snuggled up with a soft blanket and Penny (her stuffed dalmation), watching Disney movies with Mom. You can see in this photo that she also has her Tylenol bottle in her hand. It has been her best friend these past 16 hours. It's empty now, so I'll have to get Tanner to pick up some more on his way home.

Something Gwen is also struggling with is eating. The only thing I can get into her is milk, applesauce, and yogurt. She wont even eat cheese! CHEESE! She LOVES cheese!

Gwen is sleeping right now, so I'm thinking I'm going to lay down , too.

Come home quick today, Tanner. Your girls need you.

    Thanks Rachel! Today isn't looking to be that much better, at least I got Gwen to eat her breakfast this morning. Cheese is on the menu for lunch, though. Wish us luck!

    Aw poor girly. I think maybe the only plus side to having a sick munchkin is how cuddly they can be. Hope your both get better soon!
