At the end of October, Tanner and I made a trip to southern Alberta to see the Hironakas and other family, as well as to go to the Temple. It was a great weekend. One of my most favorite parts of the weekend, was driving around Lethbridge and visiting places that had meaning for us; I took Tanner around the University for a tour, Tanner showed me some of the landscapes he worked on while he worked for Earthlings. We even went back to the spot where it all began, St. Michael's Hospital, where Tanner proposed to me. Tanner proposed to me while we were working and doing the maintenance at St. Mike's. It felt really great to go back and to see the garden there. A lot of things have happened since that day. To say the least, I'm really glad that I said "Yes!"
