We don't know when or where we will settle our family after Tanner is done school. But we have both agreed that settling in a city that has a temple would be most desirable.
We are very lucky to be living in and then moving to a city that has a temple, as we want it to be a beacon to our daughters (and perhaps our someday-sons) of God's love for his children and our love for Him.
Gwen and Lily love the temple and see it often as we live only a few minutes away.
Mostly we just see it in passing as we drive to my sister's house, and Gwen has been begging to actually go see the temple up close.
So that's what we did today.
We walked around the temple and talked about how Daddy and I were married in a temple, making us an eternal family and what a blessing that is.
I feel so blessed to be married to Tanner.
He is a wonderful husband to me and father to our children.
Wonderfully patient, too.
And living in a house full of girls, he has to be!
Thank you for worshiping your little girls, and making them feel like princesses.
They love you for it.
Happy Father's day, Tanner!
