This week, we have needed fun activities to do inside while it was raining. Painting may pretty much be Gwen's favorite thing to do at the dining room table. But, for some reason, during this particular studio session Gwen was super serious about her painting. It's finger painting, for crying out loud! How serious can you be!?
I tried to take pictures of my baby Picasso, but I could NOT get her to smile. She was too enthralled in her work to even smile for the camera. I even got the finger shake accompanied by her all too familiar (and cute/annoying) "Noooooooo" when I told her to say "Cheese". I guess that a 20-month-old can't be all smiles all of the time. Gwen DID, however, manage to paint almost her entire upper body, as well as taste test the blue paint. That's my girl :) Good thing the paint is washable.....and non-toxic.
