Thanksgiving weekend is the usually one of the few holidays in the year that the ENTIRE Ellingson family can get together. Our family is growing fast, so every year it gets more and more difficult to organize everyone for a weekend together, let alone chaotic. The family photo is always the most difficult part of the weekend: coordinating colors, trying to get everyone together, getting the kids to smile and even sometimes the adults (Tanner). In the end, we got a great photo. Great because we have everyone there. All of us were together.

It is really awesome to think about how much our family has grown since our last family photo in 2008. Since then, Lena and Neal have had Evee, Ben and Patricia married and had Daniel, Susan and Abraham were married, Tanner and I have had Gwen, Mark and Brooklyn have had Isaac, and Erik and Laura have had Liv. So, that means that in the last two years our family has grown by 7! Christmas this year is going to be wild! I wonder what our family will look like next Thanksgiving? Hmmmm.
