YAY! Tanner and I have been married for a whole 2 years! Time has just flown right by. Last year, Tanner and I spent our anniversary camping in Jasper. I was 6 months prego and I felt like a lump on a log most of the trip. Tanner was an ever patient and loving spouse, who ended up pulling me up all the hikes.
THIS YEAR, Tanner and I ascended 600 feet, to the top of Calgary Tower! By elevator, of course. Tanner totally surprised me with dinner at the 360 Restaurant atop the Calgary Tower. It was a totally amazing surprise and blew my gift of calone and a football out of the water! The view from the top is absolutely amazing!
As Tanner is the aspiring architect, he was mostly interested in the two new towers going up downtown, The Bow and 8th Avenue Place (which Tanner's company is working on).

The food we ate was ABSOLUTELY amazing! I don't remember the name of what I had. All I remember is that every single bite I took was heaven. All my life I thought that I was a pretty good cook, but after tasting this deliscous meal, I've realized that I've been a failure all these years! Who knew food could taste that good! Tanner had pork, and said that his meal was pretty amazing as well. We gave a good tip.
It was a great anniversary!
